Welcome to the Adkins Elementary Library

The Library is open for students and staff everyday after announcements at 7:50 until 2:50 when we close for dismissal. 

Circulation

All items are checked out in the student's name and may be taken home unless otherwise noted.

• Pre K - 1 book for 1 week

• Kindergarten – 1 book for 1 week

• 1^st Grade – 1 book for 1 week 

• 2^nd Grade - 2 books for 2 weeks

• 3rd Grade - 5th Grade - 3 books for 2 weeks

Overdue and Lost Books

There are no fines for overdue books.  We do charge a replacement fee for lost books, as well as books damaged beyond repair. The charge is the current replacement cost of a Library bound copy of the same title. If a book is lost or damaged, please contact the librarian for the cost of the item. Payment can be made with cash or a check made out to Adkins Elementary.  Thank you!
